Before you add it
Your browser will ask to read and change data on your streaming sites, and to show notifications. WatchTandem uses the first to read and control the video player, so everyone stays in sync, and to show the chat beside it. Notifications are only reminders for parties you schedule.
Everyone watches with their own Netflix subscription. WatchTandem never streams, records or shares video.
- In Firefox the button reads “Add to Firefox” and opens Firefox Add-ons. In Edge it reads “Add to Edge”, as on the site.
- When the extension announces itself to this tab, the page moves on to ready by itself. I’ve added it is the fallback.
