When the host has Plus, everyone in that party gets the bigger call, the bigger room and the extras. Guests never pay and never need an account.
Example: Maya hosts with Plus. You, Sam, Leo and everyone else in her party get Plus there without paying.

No. Plus comes with a license key by email. Open the link in that email on your computer and WatchTandem turns Plus on. One key works in up to 3 browsers.
Plus stays on until the end of the time you paid for. Then you’re back on Free, which still has video calls for up to 6.
Yes. Ask within 14 days and we refund you in full. Your consumer rights where you live still apply.
Most of WatchTandem runs in your browser, and calls connect people directly where their networks allow, so a party costs us little. Plus pays for the parts that do cost money, like bigger calls.
